Cancellation Policy
Extra class terms and conditions The main purpose of the extra classes is to maximize your needed marks to enable you as learner a better chance for tertiary studies. Extra classes is a commitment from the learner. It is a fixed weekly meeting. Weak excuses will not be accepted. One week notice is required to cancel classes. If classes is skipped, without any valid reason, the extra class opportunity will be forfeited The cost will be R150 per class. A monthly plan of R400 pm is also available (but must be paid prepayable Class time is strict 60 minutes No “accounts” will be allowed Classes may be refused if class fees is not up to date If a learner is absent without any excuse, class fees will still be debited against the learners name. Please arrange to be dropped and pick-up from class. Parking is a very restricted. PLEASE DON’T STOP ON THE NEIGHBOUR’S GRASS. Thank you for the understanding and acceptance of the above
